In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
- "taya9," "we," "us," "our" refers to the taya9 platform and the licensed entity operating the taya9.vip website under PAGCOR authorization in the Philippines.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the taya9 platform in any capacity.
- "Platform" refers to the taya9.vip website, any associated mobile application, and all gaming services, features, and content made available through those channels.
- "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created upon successful completion of the taya9 registration process.
- "Balance" refers to the real-money PHP funds held in a player's taya9 account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player account, subject to separate bonus terms.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiplier applied to bonus funds that must be met through eligible game play before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
- "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulation and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority that licenses and regulates taya9's online gaming operations.
- "PHP" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency in which all taya9 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.
By accessing the taya9 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with taya9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the taya9 platform and, if applicable, close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and taya9. taya9 recommends that all players retain a copy of these Terms for their records. These Terms are published in English, which is the controlling language for all interpretations and disputes.
To register and maintain an account on taya9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
- You must be physically present within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of placing any bet or conducting any financial transaction.
- You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on taya9 or on any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of taya9 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or regulatory bodies.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering an account or conducting transactions.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: taya9 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposit amount returned subject to applicable verification procedures. taya9 may conduct age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on taya9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
- The mobile number and email address registered to your account must be owned and controlled solely by you.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update taya9 promptly if any registered details change.
- You must select a secure password. taya9 recommends a password of at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. taya9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact taya9 support immediately via live chat.
Note: taya9 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from taya9 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), taya9 is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests.
Required Documents
Players are required to submit at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:
- Philippine Passport
- Philippine Driver's License (Land Transportation Office-issued)
- UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose Identification Card)
- PhilHealth Identification Card

Verification Timelines
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. During the review period, gameplay is generally permitted but withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification. Third-Party Deposits: taya9 does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in the same name as the taya9 account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned, and the account may be subject to review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, taya9 will process withdrawals to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name.
Withdrawal Requirements
- Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PST on a business day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after the cutoff are processed the following business day.
- Any active bonus funds attached to an account are not withdrawable until their respective wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
Withdrawal Verification
taya9 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing a withdrawal if the amount exceeds standard thresholds, if unusual account activity is detected, or as required by PAGCOR compliance obligations. This may include source of funds documentation. Such requests do not imply any finding of wrongdoing and are standard regulatory compliance measures.
taya9 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP programme benefits. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers are available to eligible players 21 years of age or older who meet the specified criteria for each promotion.
- Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in each promotion's terms.
- Bonus funds expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
- taya9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.
- Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method that taya9 determines constitutes bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Each game category on taya9 — including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and fishing games — is governed by its own specific rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for matters directly relating to gameplay mechanics and payouts.
General Gameplay Provisions
- All bets are final once confirmed. taya9 does not cancel or reverse bets after they have been accepted and the relevant game or event has commenced.
- In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round, taya9's technical logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state at the time of interruption.
- taya9 reserves the right to void any bet or result that is determined to have resulted from a technical error, display error, pricing error, or any other demonstrable system malfunction.
- For sports betting markets: taya9 follows standard industry rules for event postponements, abandonments, and result amendments. Specific rules for each sport are published in the sportsbook section of the platform.
- For sabong: All online sabong markets are subject to the outcome of the official match result as determined by the licensed arena or event organizer. In the event of a cancelled match, stakes are returned to the player's account.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the taya9 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
- Creating more than one taya9 account, or assisting another individual in creating a duplicate account.
- Using the platform if under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion restriction.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other program to interact with the platform on your behalf.
- Engaging in collusion with other players or with any taya9 employee for any purpose that affects game outcomes or financial results.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or game systems.
- Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that violates Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act and the Cybercrime Prevention Act.
- Using payment methods or funds belonging to a third party without that party's explicit consent.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting taya9's internal dispute resolution process.
- Any conduct that taya9 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
taya9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
Available Responsible Gaming Tools
The following tools are available to all registered taya9 players through the account settings dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per session or per day. Once reached, gaming access is temporarily suspended for the defined period.
- Session Time Limits: Set an automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net session position at 30-minute or 60-minute intervals.

taya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where taya9 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The account holder is under 21 years of age or has misrepresented their age.
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Account activity suggests money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- The account holder has initiated a payment dispute or chargeback without exhausting taya9's internal dispute process.
- taya9 is required to take such action by PAGCOR directive, court order, or other legal obligation.
- The account holder is deceased (upon notification from a verified next of kin or legal representative).
In the event of account closure initiated by taya9 for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered Philippine payment method, net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their taya9 account at any time through the account settings section or by contacting support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
All content, software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, brand names, logos, and interface designs present on the taya9 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of taya9 or its licensed content providers. These materials are protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the taya9 platform.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any taya9 software.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, taya9's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
taya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:
- Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond taya9's reasonable control.
- Actions taken by taya9 in good-faith compliance with PAGCOR directives or Philippine law.
- Third-party failures, including payment provider outages, telecommunications network failures, or internet service disruptions.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or any other event outside taya9's reasonable control.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using taya9, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. taya9 makes no representation that any player will achieve any particular outcome from gameplay. All game results are determined by certified RNG systems or live physical processes independent of taya9's control once a game commences.
taya9's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is governed by the taya9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy is published at taya9.vip/privacy-policy.
taya9 processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. Key data processing principles applied by taya9 include:

- Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

taya9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the taya9 platform with a revised effective date. For material amendments, taya9 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification to affected account holders.
Continued use of the taya9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Internal Dispute Process
Before initiating any formal legal action, players are required to submit a written complaint to taya9 through the official support channel (live chat or support email). taya9 will acknowledge the complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of acknowledgement. Players must exhaust this internal process before escalating to external dispute resolution mechanisms.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
